Cancellation Policy – Children's Sports Activities

Thank you for registering your child in our sports programs. Please review our refund policy below:

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available within 7 days of the original payment date.

• After 7 Days: If a refund request is made after 7 days from the date of payment, no monetary refund will be issued. Instead, the payment can be credited towards a future session or booking, subject to availability.

• How to Request a Refund or Credit: All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact form. Please include your child’s name, the program name, and the payment date in your request.

• No Refunds for Missed Sessions: Refunds or credits will not be provided for missed sessions due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons, unless under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.
